Delivery reminder

If you would like to receive your ordered goods by delivery, please read the reminder below!

  • Delivery will be made between 9 am and 6 pm on weekdays.
  • Orders worth more than 300,000₮ will be delivered free of charge within the city.
  • Orders worth less than 300,000₮ will be delivered within the city for a fee of 11,000 - 22,000₮.
  • If you do not receive the goods due to the customer's fault when the goods arrive, you can come to our store to pick up the ordered goods.
  • We can deliver the finished goods you ordered within 24-72 hours after the payment is received and confirmed.


Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please read the following policy carefully!

  • You may return or exchange the item within 72 hours of purchase.
  • The following requirements must be met:
  • Notification must be made by phone or email within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The returned or exchanged item must be undamaged, unopened, undamaged (stored in the specified conditions), in its original box, and unused.
  • You may return or exchange the item with the receipt to the store.
  • To return a payment, please submit a formal request, clearly stating the organization's account and amount, and signed and stamped by the director. The request will be transferred to the buyer's account within 3 business days of receipt.
